Miami Dolphins Top 5 Off-Season Needs

With one game left on the schedule, a home game against the New York Jets, the Dolphins will soon find themselves looking into the 2015 crystal ball. We know that Joe Philbin will return and we know that Dennis Hickey will return. What we don’t know is if the other coaches will return. Unlike Joe Philbin, coordinators Kevin Coyle and Bill Lazor were not given a vote of confidence by the man who controls their fate. Of the two, most fans are hoping that Coyle gets the axe.

It’s going to be a very interesting last week of the 2014 calendar year. Last season Mike Sherman wasn’t fired until January 6th. Of course Sherman wasn’t fired because Joe Philbin wanted him fired, he was fired because everyone else did. It’s possible that we will have to wait another week or so before finding out the fate of Kevin Coyle. Bill Lazor is expected to be retained as well he should.

Focus will soon turn to 2015 and here are my personal top five things I would like to see this off-season.
