The Miami Dolphins announce that head coach Joe Philbin didn’t know of the things that were going on within his locker room. It was something that he maintained from the start. However while the Ted Wells report showed nothing to disclaim that report, many believed that Philbin should have known. It would prompt him to say he planned to be more knowledgeable and present in the locker room.
