Miami Dolphins Year In Review: March

The Miami Dolphins added cornerback Cortland Finnegan to the roster via free agency. The long time Titan/Ram was not re-signed by the Rams’ Jeff Fisher after two mediocre seasons. With the Dolphins Finnegan would pair with Brent Grimes to give the team a solid combination in the secondary provided Finnegan could stay healthy.
The Dolphins also added guard Shelley Smith. Smith would compete for the center job in training camp to replace an injured Mike Pouncey but would be taken out of consideration. He would later get injured and fail to make an impact on the roster as a guard.
