The Miami Dolphins released an injured Pat Devlin and sign Brady Quinn. While it’s not really news it is an interesting afterthought as Quinn was the much hyped quarterback that the Dolphins were expected to draft in Cam Cameron’s first draft in 2007. The Dolphins opted for Ted Ginn, Jr. Quinn was later drafted in round one by the Cleveland Browns but never made a career in the NFL. He is currently out of the NFL.
On August 22nd the Dolphins released TE Michael Egnew. Egnew would be signed to the Detroit Lions practice squad after going unclaimed on waivers.
