After two years of trying by Stephen Ross and former CEO Mike Dee the Miami Dolphins finally get the o.k. to move forward with stadium renovations that will completely change Sun-Life Stadium. The deal between Ross and Miami/Dade county will give Ross county money only for major sporting events held in the stadium. Ross will foot the bill will little to no public money. The stadium renovations will take three years to complete.
