The Miami Dolphins open their season against the Patriots with a victory at home. The news wasn’t great despite the victory. The Dolphins lost starting linebacker Dannell Ellerbe for the season and sustained injuries to Koa Misi and Phillip Wheeler. The Dolphins would rely on Jelani Jenkins, Chris McCain, and Jason Trusnik to finish the game.
