The Miami Dolphins place defensive lineman Anthony Johnson on season ending injured reserve with an ankle injury. The team announces that Kelvin Sheppard would start the upcoming Sunday against the New England Patriots. The Dolphins, as they have been off and on all season came out of the Baltimore game banged up at linebacker. The Dolphins would be without Koa Misi and Jelani Jenkins who had an ankle injury. Sheppard would be joined by Jason Trusnik as the starters.
