While many didn’t believe that Joe Philbin deserved or should return, one man did. Stephen Ross announced that general manager Dennis Hickey would return for his 2nd season with the team. Despite some questionable decisions that seemed to center more on choices of depth and free agent lineman, Hickey’s first season has been considered a successful one by many. His decision to draft Ja’wuan James and Jarvis Landry have paid huge dividends for a team who has struggled to find top talent in the first two rounds.
