Washington. Marcus Peters. 14. player. 59. Earlier I had mocked La’el Collins to this pick but new news regarding his cooperation into the investigation of the murder in La. has given me some 2nd thoughts. Frankly at this time there is too much unknown about the situation and Collins thus far has not shown a quick desire to meet with police and keep his name off any suspect lists. He still is not a suspect. The pick change now goes to Marcus Peters one of the best pure cornerbacks in this years draft class. The only reason Peters is not the number one corner in this years draft is due to some issues on the sideline with coaches where he was suspended one game for arguing with a coach on the sideline. Even in the wake of the Dion Jordan suspension the Dolphins could still very well overlook Peters’ issues and make him the cornerstone of the secondary next to Brent Grimes. I still fully expect the Dolphins to try and trade down from this spot.. CB

Previous Pick: Todd Gurley
