11. team. 13. San Diego powered their way through opponents last season with a high powered offense, then Miami blanked them. Their defense has gotten better and Phillip Rivers is in a contract year.. . . San Diego Chargers
59. On paper the Dolphins are vastly improved over last year but that doesn’t mean much. They have a talented offense and a strong defense. If they can put it all together, the Dolphins will make the post-season.. . . Miami Dolphins. 12. team
. . Cincinnati Bengals. 13. team. 56. The Bengals have made the post-season each of QB Andy Dalton’s seasons. They are well balanced but the division is getting tougher
Detroit has a lot going for them. Last year they had a very good season but came up short in the playoffs.. . . Detroit Lions. 14. team. 50
. . Pittsburgh Steelers. 15. team. 55. Early exit from the playoffs last season. The Steelers will once again likely challenge for their 2nd division title in two years.

. Buffalo Bills. 17. team. 16. Can Rex Ryan turn around the Bills? They have the talent do they have the coaching?.
