In 2014 the Buffalo Bills like what they saw in Clemson wide-receiver prospect Sammy Watkins that they traded up to the 4th overall spot to take him. The trade cost the team their 2014 9th overall pick and a first and fourth rounder in 2015. The trade was made with the Cleveland Browns.
Watkins is one of the up and coming stars at the position in the AFC East. In his rookie season behind suspect quarterback play, Watkins hauled in 65 catches for 982 yards and six touchdowns.
