Brandon Marshall is making his second trip to the AFC East after spending time with the Miami Dolphins from 2010-2011. The Dolphins traded the enigmatic receiver to the Chicago Bears as the 2012 free agency period began.
One of the more talented receivers in the NFL, Marshall can also be a determent. Considered a “diva” receiver questions loom over whether or not Marshall will get along in New York where quarterback concerns await the 2015 season.
Marshall has a history of not getting along with quarterbacks who are not elite. While he enjoyed great seasons with Denver and Jay Cutler he was traded to Miami from Denver after not gelling with quarterback Kyle Orton. In Miami, problems with Chad Henne brought about the trade to Chicago where he rejoined Cutler. That relationship didn’t last long as Marshall was traded this off-season to the Jets.
Regardless of his issues he is a game changing receiver.
