On December 16th, 2007 the Miami Dolphins entered their 14th game of the season and had yet to win even one game. It was the worst Dolphins season in franchise history. New head coach Cam Cameron was unable to develop the talent he had or lack thereof and Miami entered the game facing a Baltimore Ravens team that had their own struggles entering the game at 4-9. The teams generated two touchdowns between them and five field goals on the day inevitably sending the game into overtime tied at 16.

The Ravens got the ball first and it appeared that the Dolphins losing streak would continue. Kicker Matt Stover however missed a 44 yard field goal to open the extra quarter. On the ensuing drive the Dolphins Cleo Lemon threw a short pass to little used wide-receiver Greg Camarillo. Camarillo took the slant pass 64 yards for the touchdown giving the Dolphins their first and subsequently only win of the season.

The Dolphins would fire Cam Cameron and general manager Randy Mueller at the end of the season ushering in the Bill Parcells era.
