Darrell Bevell
Currently – offensive coordinator Seattle Seahawks
Bevell has been a coach now since 1996 and an NFL coach since 2000. He has coached with the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings where he was an offensive coordinator from 2006 to 2010. He was hired by Seattle in 2011 to run the offense and has shaped and molded Russel Wilson into a Super Bowl champion.
Bevell’s time looks to be now. Last season Dan Quinn left the Seahawks after serving as the team defensive coordinator and this year it appears that Bevell will follow. If he wants to. While the Seahawks started off very slowly this year Bevell has turned the offense around and the Seahawks have posted wins with offensive totals above 35 points the last three weeks. They are currently 8-5 and looking to lock up a Wild Card birth in the next two weeks.
Bevell is well-respected around the league and it seems as though he will be a hot candidate, especially if the Seahawks go deep in the playoffs.
