  1. New Orleans Saints

Vernon Hargreaves – CB – Florida

This just in, the Saints defense is bad. New Orleans finished 31st in yards allowed in both the rush and pass. So take your pick as to what they need with the 12th overall selection.

However, the Saints seem to have a decent pass rush with Cameron Jordan. While Stephone Anthony and Kenny Vaccaro appear to have the linebacking and safety duties down as well. This makes cornerback the one area New Orleans should focus on to get their awful pass defense under control.

Hargreaves had a rough go against Michigan in the Citrus Bowl, but one bad game doesn’t ruin a potential shutdown corner. With Brandon Browner at 31, the Saints need to add depth and new blood to the secondary.

Like Chicago, the Saints have an aging QB and may use this pick to address that so Lynch remains an option for New Orleans. But adding more help at linebacker and the defensive line would be ideal if they forsake secondary reinforcements with this pick.
