  1. Cleveland Browns

Joey Bosa – DE – Ohio State

Another year, another draft the Browns need a franchise quarterback. Oh, Cleveland never changes.

After three straight weeks of over 300-yard passing games from 36-year-old Josh McCown early in the season, the Browns aerial attack crash landed into a dumpster fire with the team only surpassing the mark one more time for the rest of the 2015-16 campaign.

The Browns front office is in flux and it appears they aren’t too high on California quarterback Jared Goff. So maybe new head coach Hue Jackson will wait until the second round or later to find a quarterback.

If that is the case, it would behoove them to select Bosa with the second overall pick. The Browns accumulated 29 sacks as a team and no individual player registered more than six. It’s critical Cleveland fixes their pass rush and one could argue they need that more than to select yet another passer with a high draft choice.
