  1. Houston Texans

Ezekiel Elliott – RB – Ohio State

Whatever problems the Texans may have, it’s on offense. Houston may take care of their quarterback issues prior to the draft (Sam Bradford? Peyton Manning?) which may leave them a clear opening to address the running back position.

What does Elliott give you? How about two straight 1,800-yard rushing campaigns with Ohio State? He’s a feature back and someone the Texans can base their entire offense around.

If he’s so good, why does he fall to 22nd? A lot of team are either set at RB, have more critical needs or just don’t value the position as first round worthy.

But rest assured, he’d fit in quite nicely with the Texans.

The other option for Houston is at quarterback. With the top three passers gone, they have to dip into the FCS to find someone. Carson Wentz of North Dakota State is a prospect to look into, but if the Texans ink someone like Bradford they can afford to wait on that for another round or year.
