Miami Dolphins 7 round mock draft
By Brian Miller
Round 6
Taylor Fallin – OT – Memphis
Fallin is going to be a project but then again anyone drafted late on day three of the draft will be a project. At 6’6″ it’s a good project to have to work with. Fallin is versatile enough to play both tackle positions but he will be better suited to the right side. As a back-up he will provide much-needed depth to a unit that needs it more than any other position sans cornerback.
Previous 6th round picks
2015 – No 6th round pick
2014 – Matt Hazel: The Dolphins may get to see more from Hazel in the coming season. With Reshard Matthews likely gone via free agency, Hazel has an opportunity to make the roster as the 4th wide-receiver behind Parker, Landry, and Stills. Miami will likely add a receiver in free agency so it will not be a given that Hazel makes the team.
2013 – No 6th round pick
2012 – B.J. Cunningham: Did not make roster
2011 – Charles Clay: Clay played well enough for the Dolphins to get a big payday from the Bills. Then he burned Miami in their first meeting last year and then got injured. Again.
