Kevin Dodd – DE – Clemson

The Falcons need pass rush help more than anything else and Dodd is watching his stock climb into a top 20 pick in this years draft. It’s imperative that the Falcons fix their defensive front issues or they will not be able to compete against the other teams in their division and getting pressure on the quarterback is a high priority.

Atlanta needs help at linebacker and safety as well but the pool of early draft picks is thinning. Jaylon Smith would have been a possibility on the outside but his stock is dropping fast and he may slip out of round one all together. That leaves finding an edge rusher and Dodd should fit nicely into Falcons defense.
