Jared Goff – Quarterback – California

The agent for Collin Kaepernick has requested the quarterback be allowed to seek a trade. The 49’ers so far have declined that invitation. That does not mean that Kap is the future at quarterback for the team. Chip Kelly is now calling the shots for the 49’ers and they will look very closely at the quarterbacks in this years draft.

Since arriving in the NFL with the Eagles, Kelly has not has his pick of quarterbacks. He made an ill advised trade for Sam Bradford but was not in position to draft a signal caller to his liking. That is not the case this year as he will have his pick of everyone not named Carson Wentz.

San Francisco also needs linebacker help as well so it’s possible they look at linebacker with this pick and it could be Myles Jack from UCLA.
