  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

DeForest Buckner – DE – Oregon

The Buccaneers need help on the offensive line at tackle and they need help at cornerback. If the Dolphins pass on Hargreaves, he is the pick here. It’s possible that the Bucs take a long look at tackle Ronnie Stanley but they need to fix their pass rushing ability and Buckner can do just that. There is a very good chance that the Dolphins can’t bring back Olivier Vernon, considering the massive six-year deal given to Ndamukong Suh last offseason. If that is the case, Buckner fits in nicely and gives the defense a plug-and-play starter.

Buckner is obviously a top prospect but he can play in a 4-3 or as a five technique where he can use his size and strength to beat opposing tackles. Buckner has a good combination of speed and size along with power. He registered 9.5 sacks in 2015 with the Ducks.
