Dallas, Tx. – Yes

The Dallas market is primed for a draft party and I can tell you nothing is bigger than it is in Texas. Since the NFL would be handling the draft and the city of Dallas would be putting on the show, there would be no worries of Jerry Jones screwing it up like he did the Super Bowl. With Arlington a short distance south and a myriad of attractions around the city itself, Dallas could be a huge draw for those in neighboring markets like Denver and Houston.

Washington, D.C. – No

Sorry there is no way that you can expect a city of politicians to throw a draft party and frankly Dan Sneider wouldn’t be able to keep his hands out of the planning. And that to me is a big wash. If the NFL wants to bring the draft to the mid-atlantic east coast, take it North to Baltimore.
