My 7-round Dolphins mock draft (Two scenarios)
6th Round
The Dolphins traded away their 6th round selection as part of the deal with the Los Angeles Rams to bring DE William Hayes to Miami.
7th Round
It’s anybody’s guess who is still available at pick 223 for the Dolphins but, my prediction is that Miami will take a chance on LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (Tennessee).
Reeves-Maybin is a talented inside linebacker but will fall to the late rounds due some serious medical red flags concerning his shoulder. In another year, and if he can put the shoulder concerns behind him, he could be a steal for the Dolphins in the seventh round.
Other players to consider under the “Lael Collins” draft clause (high talent, recent off-the-field troubles) include:
CB Gareon Conley (recent rape allegations)
DT Caleb Brantley (considered a 2nd round pick till domestic violence charge earlier this month)
