Bill Parcells turned over the Dolphins draft and personnel decisions to Ireland exclusively by the time the 2010 draft came around. Ireland immediately began working on team needs but quarterback, again was not addressed.

Jared Odrick and Koa Misi made up the first two selections. While Misi is still on the team, Odrick left in free agency after being offered a big contract from the Jaguars. Unfortunately Ireland couldn’t find much else in the draft until round five.

John Jerry a 3rd round pick did well enough but found more success after leaving Miami. Nolan Carroll was good in Miami but was far better after he left as well. But it was 5th round pick Reshad Jones who stole the draft show.

Jones has been a major part of the Dolphins defense since being drafted and was rewarded a big $60 million contract extension in March of 2017.

Who was the best?
