Miami Dolphins must replace these five players in 2018
By Brian Miller
The Miami Dolphins have shown very little this year outside of the fact they do not quit. The defense still has holes and the offense is a total mess.
When you start to dissect the Dolphins it becomes pretty clear where changes need to be made. From offensive line play to quarterback to receivers to defensive backs, something needs to change.
Thursday nights embarrassing loss to the Ravens on national television wasn’t the straw that broke the camels back. It was simply another game in a season filled with head scratching moments that defy any real explanation.
When the 2018 training camp kicked off the Dolphins were a team most mentioned as a legit playoff contender. The defense was on paper better at linebacker and the offense was loaded with weapons. When Ryan Tannehill went down with his knee injury, many assumed it was an easy fix once Jay Cutler, who knows the system, stepped in.
That has not been the case this year and the offensive play of the offense and specifically the offensive line has left fans wondering how this team is sitting above .500 at 4-3. What is certain is that there are several players who should not be back next season. It’s time to move on.
