Cleveland Browns – Minkah Fitzpatrick – S/CB – Alabama

Again this is going with the notion that the Browns address the position of quarterback in the free agency period. If they do not this is a good bet for a quarterback but the question will be who?

Fitzpatrick fills a big need for the Browns and having a player that can step in on defense and play either corner or safety, both big needs for the Browns would be a smart play. The Browns have to deal with the Steelers and their receivers twice a year as well as A.J. Green in Cincinnati. They have to find players that can stop those passing attacks and until they do it really won’t matter who is behind center as they will be playing catch-up all season long.

Fitzpatrick is a very talented secondary player and if the Browns go quarterback he could slide towards the bottom of the top ten making him a potential draft pick of the Dolphins at 11.
