5: Denver Broncos – with Kirk Cousins

If the Broncos land Cousins they will need to protect him and while guard at five is way too high the Broncos need to shore up the interior of their offensive line. With so many other teams in need of a quarterback however, there is a real chance that the Broncos will trade out of this spot to one of those teams. Especially with the QB needy Jets picking in the next slot.

QB – Sam Darnold

The Broncos need a quarterback in a very big way and if Cousins isn’t on the teams roster come April, they will draft one in the first round and that very well may be Darnold. With this mock draft focusing on who signs Kirk Cousins, Darnold may or my not be available.
