Miami Dolphins – DT – Vita Vea

The Dolphins have released Ndamukong Suh and don’t think for a minute that they haven’t been thinking about how to replace him. If Baker Mayfield or Josh Rosen do not fall to Miami or they don’t trade up for one of them, defensive tackle makes a lot of sense for the Dolphins.

Vea is a day one starter who will push Jordan Phillips and Davon Godchaux to be better. He will allow the Dolphins to rotate their defensive front and keep them fresh. Vea makes a lot of sense for the Dolphins although he isn’t flashy he is dominant.

The Dolphins could also trade out of this spot if they can not draft a quarterback. Depending on what player/s are available and what the teams behind them need. Miami needs to improve on the defensive front and Suh, while getting his job done, was not solving the problems for the Dolphins.

Linebacker is also a very good possibility and Roquan Smith would be a perfect addition to a unit that has struggled for the last few years.
