Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Derwin James – S/CB

James is billed as the top secondary player in this years draft. He has the ability to play both corner and safety and can jump to the line to play a hybrid linebacker and cover tight-ends. The Buccaneers have some other needs but passing on James would not be smart.

The Buc’s could go with an offensive lineman here and if a quarterback is still on the board at this point, they may try to trade back and then draft Nelson. Another player to watch here is Minkah Fitzpatrick who would pair well with Brent Grimes.

Tampa needs to win soon or the team will end up parting ways with head coach Dirk Koetter.
