Pick 17: L.A. Chargers

Connor Williams – OT

Only one team from Los Angeles will be picking in round one this year as the Rams traded their pick to the Patriots. The Chargers really need to get better on the offensive line so making that a priority makes a lot of sense.

They also need help on the defensive line as well and could add to their secondary which is also a problem area. When it comes down to it however, Williams is too good to pass up and fills a need that they have to address.

Phillip Rivers’ window of opportunity is closing so the Chargers need to get him protected. Scoring points will start to win over the fanbase that they are competing for with the Rams. The Rams are winning.
