Pick 1: Cleveland Browns

Josh Allen – QB – Wyoming

Forget the talk about Cleveland trading out of the first spot. They won’t. They don’t need to amass draft picks, they need to amass quarterbacks. This years top end is Cleveland’s choice and they can have any quarterback they want. I think the recent talk of Allen being a new potential front runner has legs, especially when I talk with some that I know in that area. Allen has the biggest arm in this years draft but he lacks accuracy in the short and mid-range throws. That is coachable. Allen makes a lot of sense for a Browns team looking to get out of the leagues cellar.
