Pick 6: Indianapolis Colts

Roquan Smith – LB – Georgia

The Colts need an edge rusher and if Bradley Chubb happens to fall, the Colts will take him in a heartbeat. They also need a linebacker and Smith is the best in this class. He is able to play both inside and outside and with the Colts he will likely be staying inside as they transistion to a 4-3 defense.

This is another potential landing spot for a team that wants to move up but that can be said about the rest of the teams in the top 10. The Colts have already made one trade with the Jets and could look to move down and acquire another draft pick. If Buffalo doesn’t move down with Denver, this could be there spot.

Another option for the Colts is guard Quentin Nelson. The Colts need to fix their offensive line especially if Andrew Luck can make it back on the field in 2018. He is getting brittle and the Colts need to protect him. If not, they may be looking for a new QB in 2019’s draft.
