10:  Paul Warfield – 1970 – 1974

Paul Warfield is one of the best wide-receivers in Dolphins history. IN fact he is the only Dolphins receiver to be inducted into the Hall of Fame but Warfield ends up on the bottom of this list simply because by the time he got to Miami he had already established himself as one of the best in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns.

After the trade to Miami, Warfield quickly became a favorite target for Bob Griese and his ability to move downfield helped with the Dolphins running game.  Over his career he caught 427 passes for 8,565 yards. In this modern era of NFL those numbers seem rather small. He also went to eight Pro-Bowls back when that actually meant something.

9:  Jim Langer – 1970-1979

Langer was a major part of the Miami Dolphins offense during their Super Bowl runs. In fact, he played every offensive snap in the 1972 season. Six pro-bowls, three Super Bowls, first team All-pro four times, it’s an impressive resume by anyone’s account.
