The Miami Dolphins find themselves looking for answers, again! Is special team coordinator Darren Rizzi the answer as the next head coach?

If you watch the tape on this guy, special teams coordinator  and assistant head coach Darren Rizzi, he is full of passion, and there is no shortage of that on the sidelines with players in-game time situations. Maybe the Dolphins need a leader on the sidelines, and not in the playbook that hardly seems to work!

Darren Rizzi has spent 10 years with the Miami Dolphins and in this time is documented on MiamiDolphins.com.

"Rizzi’s units have ranked in the top half of Rick Gosselin’s annual Dallas Morning News Special Teams rankings in all seven years that he has served as the Dolphins’ special teams coordinator."

Darren Rizzi has a fiery soul and is not shy about getting his point across, and only gives credit where credit is due, unlike head coach Adam Gase.

You have to wonder through all the head coaches and offensive schemes he has seen, what  Darren Rizzi would do to solve the Miami Dolphins woes. Who would Rizzi choose for his quarterback? Who would call plays on both sides of the ball?

This in fact would be the real culture change! As Rizzi has a knowing of his players just like a head coach, but the fire makes it all too tempting to have to consider.

The Miami Dolphin fan base has grown weary, and their cries for help for this unraveling roster and coaching staff, has to be reaching the ear’s, of Miami Dolphins owner Steven Ross. Ross has made coaching changes in midseason before when things went south. Is it time for Ross to step in again?

And if so the Miami Dolphins do not need to look outside the team for the next head coach, he is already in-house, just give him the reins and let him go, is this the culture change that Miami needs! Never the less changes need to be made.
