The Miami Dolphins will visit the Bills this Sunday and the PhinPhatic staff gives your our final score predictions.

This week we asked the staff of PhinPhanatic to give us their Miami Dolphins predictions heading into Sunday. The Dolphins look to ensure their head coach stays with their team and to improve their division record to a stellar 5-1.

Well, the train wreck goes up north to play in the cold, which they don’t do well. Buffalo plays very inconsistent but will nail the coffin shut on the current regime…onto next seasons rebuild.

Expect this to be a defensive matchup baring possible weather conditions.

Miami isn’t playing with any heart and that is showing on and off the field. This game will come down to who has the better quarterback and right now that is Buffalo. The Miami loss will only entice the fan base as they might get a better draft position

Dolphins have six more players on IR and the two new DT’s are questionable along with T.J. McDonald, Andre Branch, and Xavien Howard. The Bills have a CB,LB and RB Chris Ivory questionable. No sugar coating it, things look bleak for this last game. No momentum was carried over from the Pats win and the funk lasted from the Vikings through the Jags game along with an o-line rated near last all season. Sure Gase can draw up a scoring drive to start games but that’s about it.

The last game of the season looks like it’s all doom and gloom for the Dolphins. They don’t really have a lot going for them and their struggles in Buffalo are more than likely going to rise up again. Looks like a decent shot for a better draft spot.

Reports are that Adam Gase’s job is safe, but his plans for this game shows otherwise. With plans to still start Ryan Tannehill, and risk injury by playing DeVante Parker for a meaningless game, gives the impression that Gase cannot afford a bad loss in the season finale. With no playoffs in sight, I don’t see the players getting very motivated to play in the extreme cold. Buffalo probably should have won the first meeting between these two, and indications appear that they will win this meeting convincingly.

The Dolphins will face their AFC East foe again in the last game of the season. They were lucky to have won the first matchup, but this time the Bills will get the win. Josh Allen will have a record day against the Dolphins’ slumping defense and the Fins will end 2018 at 7-9, another losing record.

The Dolphins travel to Buffalo hoping to continue their excellent division record against a former rival. Sadly, this team is trending in the opposite direction it should be. I see the Buffalo defense controlling the trenches and keeping the offense off the field… as all defenses have been against Miami.

The Bills typically play the Dolphins well at home and with Kyle Williams retiring after today’s game I suspect the crowd will be very enthusiastic. Josh Allen alone can run all over the Dolphins but I think that with their futures on the line, Adam Gase and Ryan Tannehill will have one of the biggest games of their season.
