Raekwon McMillan

McMillan looked good in 2017 before his injury and lost in 2018 because of Matt Burke. The Dolphins are not getting just the Patriots defensive scheme caller they are getting their linebackers coach as well. Brian Flores has been handling the LB’s in N.E. for a long time.

McMillan is going to see more opportunities to make plays because Flores knows how to put his players into positions to make plays and he has done so without top named players at the position. Flores teaches the fundamentals and the basics and then shows his players how to put it all in motion.

Patrick Graham will handle the defense for the Dolphins and he coached linebackers with the Packers and the Patriots. There is a lot of knowledge that should help McMillan grow further as a linebacker.
