Pick #21 Seattle Seahawks

OT/OG Cody Ford, Oklahoma

Seattle has been neglecting their offensive line for years and QB Russell Wilson has paid the price.  This year Seattle selects the massive Sooner (6’4″ 338 lbs) and either gets their right tackle of the future or, worst case scenario, ends up with a beast at guard.

Pick #22 Baltimore Ravens

WR Marquise Brown, Oklahoma

Make it back-to-back Sooners in the first round when the Ravens fills a huge hole at wide receiver with Brown.  QB Lamar Jackson isn’t proficient in the pocket but, with a speedster like Brown, a 10 yard slant can become an 80 yard TD in a blink of an eye.

Pick #23 Houston Texans

S Jonathan Abram, Mississippi State

Abram had 90 tackles and 2 INTs last season.  After giving up the 5th most passing yards per game (260.4) last season, Houston seeks out the top safety in the draft to help stabilize their troubled secondary.

Pick #24 Oakland Raiders

DE/OLB Oshane Ximines, Old Dominion

When the 2018 college season started, few knew who Ximines was.  After a 12 sack season and a strong Senior Bowl week, the only question is how high in round one will he go.  It seems fitting that the Raiders use the pick they acquired from trading away Khalil Mack to try and fill his shoes.

Pick #25 Philadelphia Eagles

CB Byron Murphy, Washington

Murphy is a steal for the Eagles at this stage.  His 20 ‘passes defended’ and 7 INTs in two seasons show that Murphy can not only lock down his man but also create the kind of takeaways that Philly was known for during their Super Bowl run two years ago.
