The Miami Dolphins are rebuilding in 2019 but that does not mean that 2020 won’t see its share of shake-up when the ’19 season ends.

When the 2019 season comes to an end, Miami Dolphins fans will start looking ahead to what the 2020 off-season might bring to the Dolphins. If Miami doesn’t draft a quarterback in the 2019 draft, then the 2020 draft is almost a 100% given.

With several quarterbacks on the 2020 draft board the Dolphins could finally find their signal caller but before the draft rolls around, the Dolphins will have to look at their roster and continue the rebuild taking place today and with that comes cap casualties and veteran releases.

The Dolphins could potentially have near or over $100 million in cap space when the 2020 season rolls around and with a few more cuts they could easily make that number much higher. While they can afford the contracts on their roster with the cap space they will have, they are likely to part ways with several veterans in the 2020 off-season.
