When the Miami Dolphins take the field their will not likely be a lot of questions answered as it pertains to the season but there are things to watch.

If the Miami Dolphins were to shock the NFL today and beat the Ravens it would not be a predicator on how the season will unfold this year. Losing will not provide a glimpse into a future that could include an 0-16 finish. Today is about today and what we learn from it, we watch next week to see if it was a reality or just a bump in the road.

Today marks the first day of the Miami Dolphins next five years. What they started to build in training camp and all off-season comes to fruition. They have a long way to go and are nowhere near what they want to be in another three years. Getting there is the biggest question facing this team. Will they lose enough to get a top draft pick or win just enough to make the use draft capital to move up? Those questions will not be answered today.
