16th overall – Atlanta Falcons – Grant Delpit – S – LSU

Keanu Neal is a beast.  I love his play, but he gets injured way too much.  The Falcons and more importantly their coaching staff need to have a solid replacement if Neal comes back and hurts himself again.  Worse case you have two athletics freaks at safety.

17th overall – Dallas Cowboys – Terrell Lewis – Edge – Alabama

Everyone knows the Cowboys need an edge rusher.  Lewis is a kid that has played in an NFL program, and could finally provide Dallas with a presence on the line of scrimmage.

18th overall – Miami Dolphins – Isaiah Simmons – S – Clemson

Reshad Jones will be cut this offseason. He’s not worth 12million salary cap hit. Plus he is on the wrong side of 30.  Simmons is one of my favorite players in this upcoming draft. He could easily have an amazing combine and sneak up to a top 10 selection.  For now, I’ll leave the Dolphins taking Simmons at 18 and hope Grier runs to the podium if this happens.

19th overall – Las Vegas Raider- Tee Higgins – WR – Clemson

The Raider found a solid Running back, they have a legit Tight End, their Oline looks legit.  David Carr can make all the throws you want in your quarterback, but with the failed experiment of Antoni Brown, the Raiders need a legit WR1 – enter Higgins.

20th overall – Jacksonville Jaguars – Julian Okwara – DL – Notre Dame

Remember Saxonsville? The Jags regressed the past two seasons because they couldn’t get to the QB.  Calais Campbell is getting old and they need to start thinking about his eventual replacement. Okwara is a great talent, that could look to rebuild the line.
