Round 2 – (39 overall) – Lloyd Cushenberry, C, LSU – The Dolphins go back to strengthening the offensive line adding another big body in the middle.  Cushenberry has good size checking in at 6’3” 312 pounds. Some scouts think he may be better suited to play OG to start. Cushenberry is another athletic guy whose strength is in the run game.  Cushenberry was a two year starter for LSU thus has played against top competition during his college career. (Mock 2.0 – Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin)

Round 2 – (56 overall) – D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia  – The Dolphins address another big need with Swift. Swift is coming off back to back one thousand yard season.  Swift can immediately be plugged in as a 3-down back. Swift also receives high grades in pass protection, which is oftentimes a weakness in young backs.  The ability to pick up a blitzing linebacker is a great way to get yourself on the field. The Dolphins hit another home run here with another plug and play starter that immediately improves a position of need.  Swift has been compared to Vikings running back Dalvin Cook. (Mock 2.0 – Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson)
