Defensive Line

Miami has good defensive lineman but they can always add better players to the rotation. It will make sense for the Dolphins to add players in free agency or younger guys in the draft to add competition and depth to the roster.

The defensive line isn’t a major need as it was in years past but that doesn’t mean it won’t be or shouldn’t be tweaked. Christian Wilkins and Davon Godchaux are blossoming players but it wouldn’t hurt to have some older veteran leadership upfront.

Safety

This is predicated on whether or not Reshad Jones is the Dolphins’ immediate plans. If he remains, the Dolphins will probably add a safety in the draft or a depth guy in free agency but if Jones is released, the Dolphins will have created a hole that will definitely need to be addressed this off-season and will move this need upwards.
