Linebacker

The Dolphins need to add another linebacker as they like to rotate players and play situations. If it stays the way it is, the Dolphins may be in trouble as the depth isn’t really that great and it is inexperienced. It shouldn’t stay the way it is. Miami needs to find a big-time playmaker at the position and they very well could be looking at free agency to make that hit.

Cornerback

The Dolphins were able to get a lot of production from their beat-up secondary in 2019. They lost Xavien Howard for most of the year to injury and played fill in on and off all season. Yet down the stretch, they played very well and Miami found themselves on the winning side of ball games. This year they have to find a solution for the spot opposite of Howard and maybe upgrade the slot depth as well. The outside corner is a big need but it isn’t the biggest need on the roster this year.
