Ok, the final bunch of Miami’s free agents. Miami’s exclusive right’s free agents should expect to get a short deal from the Dolphins to prove they could get a bigger one in 2020. For more info on the different types of free agents, this is a good write up.

Isaiah Ford

This one is a no-brainer for me. If I can get him on a low-level deal, I’m pulling the trigger. I thought Ford played extremely well when the injury bug forced him to start toward the end of the season. I could see him continuing to grow under Flores and could develop into a solid backup option off the bench.

Verdict: He should stay

Zach Sieler

Sieler was yet another late-season addition that ended up playing well when you consider the limited time he had on the field. I think Sieler falls into a similar situation as Vince Biegel. He is a low-risk option who could probably get a low money deal and could provide young depth off the bench. I see no negative to keeping him around minimally for training camp.

Verdict: He should stay

Trent Harris

His situation is the same as Sieler’s. He’s young. He played decently well and could provide depth.

Verdict: He should stay

Kendrick Norton

The tragedy surrounding the end of Norton’s career is well documented and should lead to the Dolphins not resigning him.
