New York Jets: Does anyone really care what the Jets will do? They will screw it up and if they don’t, Adam Gase will screw the player up. I suspect they go offensive line where they were unable to acquire a top free agent or go with a wide receiver.

Las Vegas Raiders: The Raiders signed Marcus Mariota to compete with Derek Carr but neither are truly considered to be the team’s future. A draft pick will be. This is the hang-up for skipping a QB at five for Miami because the Raiders could take the Dolphins option here. However, if the Dolphins look at all three QB’s, Tagovailoa, Herbert, and Jordan Love, as serious interest, the Raiders and Chargers both taking a QB still leaves one of the three.

San Francisco 49’ers: The Colts had this spot but a trade for defensive standout Buckner gave this pick to the 9’ers. They will now try and replace him most likely.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: They are all in with Tom Brady and Bruce Arians is trying to win now rather than later. Brady wants weapons or protection so this pick will likely be offensive.

Denver Broncos: It is not certain if the Broncos have found their QB of the future in Drew Lock but they have at least found their QB for the near future. Now it is time to get him protection or weapons.
