Round 4 – (141 overall) – Robert Windsor, DT, Penn State – Windsor is one of those “high motor guys”. He doesn’t possess the length you’d like to see in a defensive lineman. He will also have to add bulk, which seems hard to imagine for a man who’s 6’5” and weighs 290 pounds. What Windsor does possess though is toughness, hustle and a quick first step. (Mock 3.0 -Levonta Taylor, CB, Florida State)

Round 5 – (153 overall) – Netane Muti, G, Fresno State – The Dolphins go back to addressing the offensive line with the first of their back to back picks in the 5th round. Muti comes into the league at  6’3” and 307 pounds. Muti possesses a quick-twitch which oftentimes allows him to beat defenders to the point of attack. Unfortunately, he’s not a power player and must rely on his quick starts. The biggest concern could be his durability.  Muti has missed a significant time of two seasons due to an Achilles injury as well as a lisfranc injury. In his full healthy season, Muti did garner honorable mention All-Mountain West Conference honors. Muti projects as a depth guy with upside potential.  (Mock 3.0 – Jeremy Chinn, S, Southern Illinois)

Round 5 – (154 overall) – Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU – With the second of their back to back picks the Dolphins bring another tight end onto the roster. Yes, Moss is the son of Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss, but unfortunately did not inherit the freakish athleticism from his old man. The younger Moss is actually more of a run blocker who will occasionally make plays in the passing game due to having very good hands and passing catching instincts. Thaddeus comes into the league at 6’2” and weighing 250 pounds. Moss has the potential to be the perfect compliment to Mike Gesicki.

Round 5 – (173 overall) –  Jonah Jackson, OG, Ohio State – The blueprint becomes even more obvious with this pick. The rebuild of the offensive line continues as the Dolphins add the 6’4” 305 guard. Jackson played his first four college seasons (1 redshirt) with the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers. Jackson transferred to Ohio State in the summer of 2019. Jackson won the starting LG spot and earned 1st team All Big 10 honors as well as being a 3rd team AP All American. Jackson is another interior lineman who has the flexibility to play both guard and center.  Jackson’s strength is in the run game. (Mock 3.0 – Jake Breeland, TE, Oregon)
