Colts @ Jaguars

The Jaguars are trying to do what the Miami Dolphins did last year. Totally destroy their roster, get their cap hits out of the way, and rebuild the franchise. They have a legit shot of not winning a game in 2020 and they will not beat the Colts in week one.

Colts win

Raiders @ Panthers

This is a tough game to call because there hasn’t been a lot about either team in the news this off-season. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? The Panthers still have Christian McCaffrey and newcomer Teddy Bridgewater will be fun to watch but can he lead them to victories? That is what we don’t know. I don’t think the Raiders will be too phased about the trip to North Carolina.

Raiders win

Bears @ Lions

The “Monsters of the Midway” will battle it out in an interesting week one contest. The Bears are rolling with Mitch Trubisky who has said he “found himself” again this off-season while the Lions will role with a better running game, tougher defense, and a healthy Matt Stafford. I like those odds better.

Lions win

Seahawks @ Falcons

The Falcons are hoping they made enough noise this off-season to get better while the Seahawks really didn’t do too much as they move forward looking pretty consistent. Consistency tends to win.
