Jaguars at Titans

The Jaguars surprised a lot of people when they beat the Colts last weekend. The whole “Tanking for Trevor” narrative went right out the window as the gutted Jaguars held the Colts down. The Colts are not the Titans and the Titans have a better defense and more consistent offense.

Titans win

Lions at Packers

I underestimated the Packers against the Vikings and that was a big loss but after watching the Lions fail against the Bears, I can’t imagine they will put up much fight against a much better Packers team.

Packers win.

Bills at Dolphins

The Dolphins gave up over 200 yards rushing last Sunday and couldn’t stop Cam Newton. The Bills have the leagues best rushing QB or at least one of them and while he struggles with the deep ball, he is extremely hard to tackle and contain. Miami’s offense wasn’t good either and the Bills defense is better than New Englands.

Bills win

Vikings at Colts

After thinking both of these teams would put up more of a challenge, here we are in week two ready to see if either of them can take out the other one. It is almost a pick’em game but after watching Phillip Rivers last week, I realize that his game and arm is heading out the door.

Vikings win

Washington and Cardinals

The Cardinals are playing better football and Washington surprisingly won in part on a half-time speech about coach Ron Rivera who is battling treatable cancer. It was a good win for Washington who has undergone a lot of off-season problems. That was week one though.
