5 things that seem to not have changed with the Miami Dolphins in years

Where is the energy?
Nothing is worse than watching a team attack it’s opponent on offense or attack on defense. Watching games around the NFL sometimes feels like watching an entirely different league. Many teams, the ones that consistently win, teams like the Steelers’, Ravens’, and Saints’ play smash-mouth football. They will hit hard consistently on defense and make you pay for mistakes on offense.
They are quick to the line and don’t hesitate. The Dolphins are not like this. Miami takes their time to get to the line of scrimmage. Instead of forcing the defense to make changes, the Dolphins challenge the defense with the play that is called and a handful of audible options based on what the defense shows.
Other teams get to the line and change up the play and make the defense adjust instead. This puts the defense on the edge instead of the offense being forced to execute perfectly because there wasn’t enough time on the clock to make line changes. How often do you notice how many seconds are on the play clock as the Dolphins are walking up to the line of scrimmage?
