Jakeem Grant is still not that home-run hitting threat that the Miami Dolphins need.

Everyone loves Jakeem Grant but where is he? This has far more to do with Chan Gailey than it does Grant. He simply isn’t getting the looks that he needs to. The question is why? He has 29 yards rushing on 1 attempt. That is absurd. Grant is an end-around threat from the slot and isn’t being put into a position to make plays.

In the passing game, Grant has been targeted nine times and has caught 8 of those targets for 82 yards. That’s an impressive 10.3 yards per catch for a slot guy. His 29 yard scamper is also impressive yet he isn’t seeing the ball more?

Grant has the potential to be a game breaking player and for the life of me I can’t figure out why one of the fastest guys on the team can’t get the ball in his hands to make plays. With 111 combined yards from scrimmage on and a 12.1 yards per touch average, Grant needs to be more involved.
